  • Galvanic DO Analyser | 2100

    Galvanic DO Analyser - Overview

This Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Monitoring and Control System is a rugged dissolved oxygen analyser which utilises a long-life, low-maintenance galvanic DO sensor. It provides the user with exactly what they need for continuous DO monitoring and control of important aeration processes. It seldom requires maintenance or recalibration. It has a backlit display and comes with a digital output,  two analogue outputs, and two control relays.  It is a fully-powered, continuous monitoring and control analyser. It is used in combination with a galvanic DO sensor.  The galvanic sensor has a pure platinum cathode, making the sensor incapable of being poisoned by other gases often found in impure waters, such as hydrogen sulfide. It utilises DO sensing technology that is successful in continuous de-nitrification monitoring and control applications. It can be used continuously in very violent pure liquid oxygen injection systems. Complete systems are supplied with over 5 years of sensor electrolyte and membranes. When used correctly, these Teflon® membranes will last well over a year and require minimal maintenance.

  • pH/ORP Wet-Tap Electrodes | Signet 2756-2757

    pH/ORP Wet-Tap Electrodes  - Overview

The Wet-Tap pH and ORP electrodes are sensors which are ideal for a wide range of applications where the installation and removal of the electrode can be performed without the need for system shutdown. The Signet 3719 pH/ORP Wet-Tap Assembly allows the installation and removal of pH or ORP electrodes under process pressure, without process shutdown during routine maintenance and calibration. Process isolation is achieved during electrode retraction with two sets of double O-ring seals on a unique and compact retraction assembly; no separate valve is required. The DryLoc connector with corrosion-resistant gold-plated contacts readily connects the sensor to the mating 2751 pH/ORP Smart Sensor Electronics or the 2760 Preamplifier. The robust polyarylsulphone (PAS) body and choice of bulb pH or flat ORP sensing elements allow a broad range of chemical compatibility for a wide range of applications. The quick temperature response is available in either a Pt1000 or 3 KΩ temperature sensor and allows compatibility with all Signet pH/ORP instruments.

  • DryLoc® pH/ORP Electrodes | Signet 2774-2777

    DryLoc® pH/ORP Electrodes - Overview

These high-performance sensors are ideal for a wide range of applications. The unique foul-proof DryLoc® connector with gold-plated contacts is designed specifically for use with the Signet 2751 pH/ORP Smart Sensor Electronics or the 2760 Preamplifier. These dependable and highly responsive electrodes feature a PTFE double reference junction with potassium nitrate (KNO3 ) in the front chamber which blocks various poisoning ions such as Mercury (Hg2+), Copper (CU2+) and Lead (Pb2+). It also has a large reference chamber that extends the service life. The positioning of the temperature element allows the temperature response to be quick and accurate. The electrodes are either flat or bulb-styled. The flat versions allow sediment and particles to sweep past the measurement surface, minimising risks of abrasion, breakage and coating. The bulb versions can be used for low-temperature applications or where fast response is required. Due to the specially designed chambers which keep electrolytes in place, all sensor models can be installed at any angle, even inverted. The quick temperature response is available in either a Pt 1000 or 3KΩ temperature sensor and allows compatibility with all Signet pH/ORP instruments.
