Rotor Wheel Flow Meters

Rotor Wheel Flow Meters contain a free-running rotor that is turned by the fluid flow. Within the given measurement range, the speed at which the rotor rotates is proportional to the fluid flow rate. Magnets built into the rotor trigger an electronic switch at the top of the sensor to create a square-wave output.

  • Micro Flow Rotor Sensor | Signet 2000

Micro Flow Rotor Sensor - Overview

This Micro Flow Rotor Sensor is made from Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS) which provides high material strength. It offers two flow ranges starting at 0.11 or 1.13 lpm (0.03 or 0.3 gpm). Suitable for clean process liquids, regardless of fluid colour or opacity. This sensor can be connected to flexible tubing or rigid pipe and uses standard hardware for mounting. Only one moving part and a low pressure drop across requirements.

Micro Flow Rotor Sensor - Features

    • Operating range 0.11 to 12.11 lpm (0.03 to 3.2 U.S. gpm)
    • Simple mounting
    • ¼ in. NPT or ISO threads for simple pipe or tubing connection
    • Measures opaque and transparent liquids
    • Low pressure drop
    • Standard cable 7.6 m (25 ft)
  • Mini Flow Rotor Sensor | Signet 2507

Mini Flow Rotor Sensor - Overview

The Mini Flow Rotor Sensor contains a free-running rotor that is turned by the fluid flow. Within the given measurement range, the speed at which the rotor rotates is proportional to the fluid flow rate. Magnets built into the rotor trigger and an electronic switch at the top of the sensor create a square-wave output. Both opaque and transparent fluids can be measured with kinematic viscosities between 0.2 to 20.0 centistokes. Suitable for fluid dispensing, lab and clinical wet benches, chemical dosing and batch processing.

Mini Flow Rotor Sensor - Features

    • Simple installation with a G 1/4 in. threaded connection
    • Standard 7.6 m cable
    • Operating range 100 to 12,000 ml/m
    • Detachable signal connector for easy servicing
    • PVDF construction
    • Compact assembly
