Turbine Flow Meters

Turbine flow meters are used in multiple industries to reliably measure liquids, gases and vapours. Turbine flow meters use the energy of the liquid in a flow stream to rotate a rotor. The resulting rotational speed of the rotor is directly proportional to the velocity of the fluid travelling through the meter. Turbine flow meters are simple and reliable.

  • Turbine Liquid Flow Meter | LWGY

    Turbine Liquid Flow Meter- Overview

The Turbine Liquid Flow Meter is an economical flow meter which offers two accuracy classes, 0.5%R and 0.2%R. Its simple structure allows a small pressure loss and it has virtually no maintenance requirements.  The Flange Type has two converter options: Compact Type (Direct Mount) and Remote Type.  It is suitable for use with viscous fluids, non-conductive fluids, solvents, liquified gases and high-pressure applications. Applications include petrochemical and water industries. It operates reliably in both high and low flow rates and produces excellent repeatability as low as 0.05%.

Platon Turbine Flow Meter - Overview

This range of Stainless Steel turbine flow meters measures flow rates of water and low to medium viscosity oils and other liquids in high-pressure applications. Providing an electrical pulse output these meters, when linked to a display unit, provide accurate and high repeatability flow measurement. High accuracy measurement is provided by the NT series for up to 6" lines.

Platon Turbine Flow Meter - Features

    • Flow rates from 0.5 - 5 L/min
    • High accuracy/excellent reliability
    • Industrial and hygienic versions available
    • Wide range of end connections available
    • Available for gas applications
    • Reverse and dual pick-up options available
  • Digital Liquid Turbine Flowmeter | DS1011

Digital Liquid Turbine Flowmeter - Overview

This extensive range of accurate battery-powered digital turbine flow meters is suitable for low to medium-viscosity liquids. The internal turbine rotor rotates as the liquid passes through the flowmeter.  This is then converted into a digital signal. They are available in a choice of construction materials (nylon, PVC, PVDF, aluminium, stainless steel, bronze) and end fittings. Many GPI Digital Flow Turbine models are ATEX certified for hazardous areas.

  • Turbine Flow Sensor | Signet 2100

    Turbine Flow Sensor - Overview

The Turbine Flow Sensor is engineered specifically for small pipe diameters. It provides accurate readings in : 0.3 to 3.8 lpm and 3 to 38 lpm. The injection-molded PVDF body and ceramic bearings provide excellent chemical compatibility and long service. Union piping and tubing connections along with removable NEMA 4X electronics allow for easy assembly and field replaceability. It can be used with DN8, DN10 , DN15 tubing, or DN15 piping for simple installation. End connections are available in PVDF for hose barbs, fusion socket or IR/butt fusion, and in PVC for socket or NPT thread.
