Copper (Cu)

Copper (Cu) is a major source of contamination in industrial wastewater. High levels of copper in water are harmful to humans and other living beings. Monitoring and control are therefore essential.

  • Copper Analyzer | Johann H. Schmelzer

    Copper Analyzer - Overview

The Copper Analyzer performs continuous analysis of metals, such as Copper (Cu), and many other parameters in water. Technologies employed are colorimetric (photometric) and ion-selective electrodes (ISE). Direct measurements, standard addition, and titration support this ideal measurement strategy. The robust design and high-quality parts of the Copper Analyzer  guarantee a long lifespan and minimum maintenance. Low consumption of reagents and very high reagent stability ensures person-free operation. Automated calibration and cleaning.

    Copper Analyzer - Features

    • Robust design
    • Minimal maintenance
    • Easy handling
    • High accuracy and precision
    • Suitable for mission-critical applications
    • Automated cleaning and calibration

  • Total Copper and Zinc Analyser | Alban Berg

Total Copper and Zinc Analyser - Overview

This process analyser was developed and built for the industrial wastewater and drinking water industry. It combines the measurement of Copper and Zinc levels in one step without using toxic and hazardous reagents. The metals are measured as a chelate complex between metal ions in the wastewater, with sensitive spectrophotometric reagent dye. The change in the intensity of the visible light throughout the measurement chamber containing the formed metal complex is directly proportional to the metal's concentration. It performs continuous analysis of heavy metals in water. The WHO stated that colorimetric analysis is reliable and is best suited for online analysis. It is reliable and accurate with a low total cost.

Total Copper and Zinc Analyser - Features

    • Non-dangerous chemistry and reagents
    • Robust design
    • Minimal maintenance
    • Easy handling
    • High accuracy and precision
    • Suitable for mission-critical applications
    • Automated cleaning and calibration

  • Copper and Nickel Analyser | Alban Berg

Copper and Nickel Analyser - Overview

The Copper and Nickel Analyser performs continuous analysis of metals, such as Copper (Co) and Nickel (Ni), and many other parameters in water. Technologies employed are colorimetric (photometric) and ion-selective electrodes (ISE). Direct measurements, standard addition, and titration enable this ideal measurement strategy. The robust design and high-quality parts of the Copper and Nickel Analyzer guarantee a long lifespan and minimum maintenance. Low consumption of reagents and very high reagent stability ensures person-free operation. Automated calibration and cleaning. This process analyser was developed and built for the industrial wastewater and drinking water industry. The main advantages are the combined measurement in one step, and the use of non-toxic and non-hazardous reagents.
