    • Absolute position is available immediately after power-on
    • Rotary encoders allow for optimal water management regulation
    • Vibration-resistant
    • Suitable for harsh environmental conditions
    • Maximum investment protection
    • Various encoders and communication interfaces available
  • Water Level Transmitters | MPX

    Water Level Transmitters - Overview

    • Hydrostatic level measurements For small and large volumes. This is performed by applying the sensor directly to the water column load to be measured. This method is suited for dams, reservoirs and equalising basins from 0 to 275 m in height.
    • Pneumatic level measurements For measurements using the bubbling method. The sensor, without having water contact, measures the counter-pressure generated by an air compressor. This is also suited for reservoirs, rivers, dams and equalising basins from 0 to 135 m in height.
    • Level measurements with floaters A precise, extremely robust and maintenance-free level measurement can easily be set up using a floater connected to the rotary encoder via a chain and gear wheel

Type MPA, MPB & MPC - These Submersible Transmitter Probes hang in water on a special cable with integrated steel wire and air tube.

Type  MPG and MPJ - These Pressure Transmitter Sensors are screwed into the wall of the pipe or container.

    Water Level Transmitters - Features

    • Excellent price-performance ratio
    • Extremely robust
    • Easy configuration and diagnostics with predefined formulas (optional)
    • Remote diagnostics with integrated web server (optional)
    • SWISS made & SWISS quality
  • Dam Angle Transmitter | RIVERT

    Dam Angle Transmitter - Overview

This angle transmitter contains an internal pendulum encoder that uses gravity. This converts the inclination into an output signal to deliver high-precision angle measurements. Applications include:

    • Determining the sliding gate position of radial, tainter, crest, weir, slide, roller, sluice, lock gates, etc.
    • Determining the valve position of flap valves, ball valves, shut-off valves, etc.

  • Dam Level Measurement | RIPRESS Premium

    Dam Level Measurement - Overview

This system is used for high precision level measurement, volume calculation, and hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure measurement.

This can be installed pneumatically or hydrostatically. Pneumatically, the sensors measure the counter-pressure produced by an air compressor, thus having no direct contact with the water. Hydrostatically the sensor comes into direct contact with the water.

This cost-saving system optimises the water balance measurement. It does multi-point measurements with one controller.  It is also highly durable and maintenance-free (no recalibration required). A normal web browser is used to connect to the instrument.

Thermal compensation with a quartz crystal temperature signal is used to counteract sensor performance when the sensor efficiency is affected by temperature fluctuations.

    Dam Level Measurement - Features

    • Up to four measurement sections per Controller
    • Transmitters for hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure measurement
    • 100% thermal compensation with quartz crystal Temperature signal
    • Very accurate calculation of storage water volume: resolution < 1 mm H2O
    • Excellent accuracy of typical < 0.01% FS (quartz crystal sensing element)
    • Superior stability - near-zero drift of sensing technology
    • IEC 60870-5-104 and Modbus communication
    • Fits to all standard PLCs
    • Controller with built-in web server for easy configuration
