    Glass Tube Variable Area Flowmeters -  Overview

    This Glass Tube Flowmeter uses a 100mm scale length borosilicate glass tube and a float. As it is based on the variable area (VA) principle, these flowmeters provide clear, simple and reliable operation. The fluid or gas flows vertically upwards through the tapered glass tube, causing the float to rise to an equilibrium position.     Hybrid Water Meter Class C - Overview

    This Water Meter has built-in logging and intelligent management functions. Logged data can be scrolled through on-site using the IP68 LCD counter.     Hydrostatic Level Sensor - Overview

    This hydrostatic level sensor is for level and depth control. It has a one-piece, injection-molded PVDF body and ceramic diaphragm for superior compatibility in corrosive liquids. It can be mounted through the tank wall or submersed from the top of the tank, the hydrostatic sensor measures the weight of a fluid column. The pressure at the sensor is proportional to the change in the tank level. A capillary tube in the cable ensures that changes in the atmospheric pressure can be compensated. This sensor is available with a proprietary digital (S³L) or 4 to 20 mA output. The extended cable and capillary tubing with the union connection and a customer-supplied conduit allow for submersion in process vessels. It is unaffected by harsh conditions because of its high-end PVDF, ceramic and FKM materials. This makes them ideal for difficult applications in harsh process environments. When connected to a GF Signet 9900 transmitter, this will enable you to display measurement values and adjust settings exactly where you want. It is extremely accurate as the highly sensitive hydrostatic sensors detect even small level changes and disregard false level signals from steam, foam or any other debris on the liquid surface.

    Level Float Switch  - Overview

    The Level Float Switch is a double-chambered float made of injection moulded, tough polypropylene that ensures good waterproof protection. The contacting microswitch is incorporated in the float. The cable of the level switch is waterproof and PVC-insulated. The level switching takes place when the contact reaches the ±45° switching angle. The switching differential of the level switch is adjustable by the position of the counterweight on the cable. The level switches should be arranged appropriately in case of multi-level switching tasks to avoid undesired tangling of the cables. Suitable for level switching of various liquids, sewage in shafts, tanks, basins or cisterns. Different control tasks such as liquid level monitoring and pump control can be realised.     Open Channel Flow Meter - Overview

    The Open Channel Flow Meter is an economical solution for open channel measuring. It measures level, flow rate and total volume of water flowing through weirs and flumes.  The meter includes a non-contact ultrasonic level sensor to detect the water level which then calculates the flow rate and volume using the Manning equation and channel characteristics. Economical and reliable. The accuracy of change in level is 1mm. Suitable for a variety of weirs and flumes, Parshall flumes (ISO),  V-Notch weirs, Rectangular weirs (With or Without End Contractions) and custom Formula-type weirs.     Ultrasonic Level Transmitter - Overview

    This non-contact ultrasonic level transmitter ensures virtually maintenance-free measurement. The measurement is unaffected by media properties such as dc value or density and can be calibrated without filling or discharging. It is also self-cleaning due to its vibrating sensor diaphragm.     Radar Continuous Level Measurement - Overview

    This Radar level transmitter is designed for continuous level measuring of conductive or non-conductive liquids, pulps and solids. It operates based on the Time Domain Reflectometry principle. Micropulses are sent along a probe guide at the speed of light. As soon as the impulse reaches the surface of the medium, it is reflected back to the electronic module. Level distance is directly proportional to the flight time of the impulse. The reflected signal is dependent on the dielectric constant of the material; the feasibility of the measurement is εr ≥ 1.9. The TDR technology is unaffected by the properties of the medium as well as that of the space above it. Measurement is also unaffected by the change in the physical properties of the materials such as temperature, pressure, and dielectric constant.
