Because the sensor clamps directly onto the outside of existing pipelines, it can be installed while the process is fully running—meaning zero production downtime, zero risk of leakage, and absolute immunity to the abrasive and corrosive nature of the medium inside. It consists of a non-invasive sensor, a controller, and a junction box, and is engineered for maximum data integrity in turbulent environments. It utilises a sophisticated Process Condition Monitoring (PCM) algorithm that tracks changes in sound velocity and temperature to validate every reading. This, combined with Envelope Energy Average (EEA) technology, calculates total signal energy rather than just simple amplitude changes, delivering unmatched measurement stability. Also available in spool-piece and tank-mount sensor options to seamlessly fit any plant or thickener configuration.
