  • Galvanic DO Analyser | 2100

    Galvanic DO Analyser - Overview

This Dissolved Oxygen (DO) Monitoring and Control System is a rugged dissolved oxygen analyser which utilises a long-life, low-maintenance galvanic DO sensor. It provides the user with exactly what they need for continuous DO monitoring and control of important aeration processes. It seldom requires maintenance or recalibration. It has a backlit display and comes with a digital output,  two analogue outputs, and two control relays.  It is a fully-powered, continuous monitoring and control analyser. It is used in combination with a galvanic DO sensor.  The galvanic sensor has a pure platinum cathode, making the sensor incapable of being poisoned by other gases often found in impure waters, such as hydrogen sulfide. It utilises DO sensing technology that is successful in continuous de-nitrification monitoring and control applications. It can be used continuously in very violent pure liquid oxygen injection systems. Complete systems are supplied with over 5 years of sensor electrolyte and membranes. When used correctly, these Teflon® membranes will last well over a year and require minimal maintenance.

  • Ultrasonic Sludge Density Meter | ENV200

    Price range: R297.00 through R97,879.00

Ultrasonic Sludge Density Meter - Overview

The ENV200-C non-invasive Slurry Density Meter has zero downtime and maximum reliability. It offers a true "fit-and-forget" solution. Because the sensor clamps directly onto the outside of existing pipelines, it can be installed while the process is fully running—meaning zero production downtime, zero risk of leakage, and absolute immunity to the abrasive and corrosive nature of the medium inside. It consists of a non-invasive sensor, a controller, and a junction box, and is engineered for maximum data integrity in turbulent environments. It utilises a sophisticated Process Condition Monitoring (PCM) algorithm that tracks changes in sound velocity and temperature to validate every reading. This, combined with Envelope Energy Average (EEA) technology, calculates total signal energy rather than just simple amplitude changes, delivering unmatched measurement stability. Also available in spool-piece and tank-mount sensor options to seamlessly fit any plant or thickener configuration.

Ultrasonic Sludge Density Meter - Features

    1. Continuous measurement
    2. Process monitoring possible (run, stop, full, empty)

  • Modular Ultrasonic Flow Meter | RWTT Modular

Modular Ultrasonic Flow Meter  - Overview

This Ultrasonic Flow Meter is compact and economical. It works using the transmit-time working theory. One ultrasonic sensor sends an ultrasound wave, and another sensor receives this wave. The transmit time from send to receive has a direct relationship with the flow speed. The converter then calculates the flow speed based on the transmit time.  It can easily be installed onto an instrument box via DIN rail. It has no pressure loss, and measurement is not affected by temperature or pressure changes. Accuracy can reach ±1%. It has an LCD display and communicates via 4-20mA, pulse or RS485 outputs. It also has reliable empty/full tube detection technology. Excellent low flow rate measurement performance. Turndown ratio 100:1.

Modular Ultrasonic Flow Meter  - Features

    • Accuracy: ±1% of reading at rates >0.2 mps
    • Repeatability: 0.2%
    • Principle: Transmit time
    • Velocity: ±32m/s
    • Pipe Size: DN15mm-DN6000mm
