  • Chlorine Analyzer | 4630

    R126,188.00

    Chlorine Analyzer - Overview

The Chlorine Analyzer is an integrated all-in-one system designed to measure free chlorine. It has a pH sensor that is used to accurately measure free chlorine in applications that have varying pH values (±0.20 pH units).  Because free chlorine concentration is pH-dependent, the Chemical Guard feature interrupts/disables the relay that is assigned to the oxidant chemical (such as sodium hydrochloride) until the pH of the application is corrected. The 4630 series also comes complete with a flow switch that will disable the mechanical relays to the dosing pumps when the system is off or the flow is interrupted to the flow cell. The unique integrated clear flow cell accommodates the free chlorine and pH electrode, flow regulator, filter, and variable area flow indicator in one compact unit. An integrated flow regulator with a removable filter accepts inlet pressures of 1 to 8 bar (15 to 120 psi) while maintaining constant flow and minimal pressure to the sensors. Water flows vertically into the sensor tip eliminating bubble entrapment. The flow cell is designed to maintain a minimum amount of water to ensure sensors stay submerged, even when the system and flow is turned off. The 4630 Free Chlorine Analyzer System comes complete with everything needed to support chlorine monitoring for 1 full year of operation. Panel design allows quick and easy installation and comes complete with four 4 to 20 mA outputs, a flow switch with relay interrupt, four binary inputs, and two mechanical relays.

Ultrasonic Sludge Density Meter - Overview

The ENV200-C non-invasive Slurry Density Meter has zero downtime and maximum reliability. It offers a true "fit-and-forget" solution. Because the sensor clamps directly onto the outside of existing pipelines, it can be installed while the process is fully running—meaning zero production downtime, zero risk of leakage, and absolute immunity to the abrasive and corrosive nature of the medium inside. It consists of a non-invasive sensor, a controller, and a junction box, and is engineered for maximum data integrity in turbulent environments. It utilises a sophisticated Process Condition Monitoring (PCM) algorithm that tracks changes in sound velocity and temperature to validate every reading. This, combined with Envelope Energy Average (EEA) technology, calculates total signal energy rather than just simple amplitude changes, delivering unmatched measurement stability. Also available in spool-piece and tank-mount sensor options to seamlessly fit any plant or thickener configuration.

Tri-clamp Electromagnetic Flow Meter - Overview

The Tri-clamp Electromagnetic Flow Meter is a kind of volume flow meter. It is quick and easy to install. It is made of stainless steel, which can easily be disassembled and cleaned.  This prevents pollution during use, and the accumulation of measuring fluid residues in the measuring tube.  It is based on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction which is used to measure conductance greater than 20 μS/cm volume of conductive liquid flow. This measures the general volume of conductive liquid flow, but can also be used to measure strong acids, alkalis, strong corrosive liquids, mud, pulp, etc. The long-life Harmelss Food Grade Stainless Steel allows it to come into contact with food directly. It can withstand high temperature disinfection, making it ideal for use in dairy.  It has current output and pulse output for connecting with PLC or other devices and is RS485/HART/Profibus compatible.

The Tri-clamp Electromagnetic Flow Meter is suitable for use in drinking water, milk, groundwater, beer, wine, jam, juice and other food & drink industries. It is also widely used in paper pulp and gypsum slurry because it can be cleaned easily.
