Chemical Dosing

  • Throttle Valve | GF-V251

    Throttle Valve  - Overview

This throttle valve is compact in design with robust construction. It has good control characteristics, ensuring high operational safety.  It has good chemical resistance thanks to highly resistant plastics (PVC, PP, PVDF). It requires virtually no maintenance and can be installed in any position. A spindle with a cone narrows the cross-section of the opening in the housing, thus restricting the volume flow to the desired value. The setting is made using a tool (screwdriver or flat material), having the added advantage that the set value cannot be changed unintentionally. Applications include chemical dosing and water treatment. Suitable for use in neutral or aggressive media with a small quantity of particles/solids. The chemical resistance depends on the selected valve material

    Throttle Valve  - Features

    • Good chemical resistance (PVC, PP, PVDF)

  • Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve | DIASTAR Type 025

Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve - Overview

The DIASTAR 025 has the highest closing forces in the portfolio of pneumatically actuated diaphragm valves. Functions include FC (fail-safe to close), FO (fail-safe to open) and DA (double-acting). Suitable wherever high pipe pressures of up to 10 bar need to be controlled on both sides. Pneumatic diaphragm valves are used for regulating, as well as closing, controlling and monitoring volume flows. This type of valve has decisive advantages when transporting contaminated, aggressive or abrasive media, due to its simple function and optimised construction. Only the valve body and diaphragm come into contact with the medium. Applications include contaminated, solid or ultrapure media.

Pneumatically Actuated Diaphragm Valve - Features

    • Safe transport of aggressive media
    • Adapting closing forces to medium pressure through reduction of spring assemblies
    • High corrosion resistance
    • Broad spectrum of applications
    • Quick retrofitting through simple integration of accessories
    • Maximum system safety
    • Safe maintenance and minimal downtime
    • Wide range of materials available
  • Mini Flow Rotor Sensor | Signet 2507

Mini Flow Rotor Sensor - Overview

The Mini Flow Rotor Sensor contains a free-running rotor that is turned by the fluid flow. Within the given measurement range, the speed at which the rotor rotates is proportional to the fluid flow rate. Magnets built into the rotor trigger and an electronic switch at the top of the sensor create a square-wave output. Both opaque and transparent fluids can be measured with kinematic viscosities between 0.2 to 20.0 centistokes. Suitable for fluid dispensing, lab and clinical wet benches, chemical dosing and batch processing.

Mini Flow Rotor Sensor - Features

    • Simple installation with a G 1/4 in. threaded connection
    • Standard 7.6 m cable
    • Operating range 100 to 12,000 ml/m
    • Detachable signal connector for easy servicing
    • PVDF construction
    • Compact assembly
