Anti-Corrosion Radar Level Meter  – Overview

This radar level meter is a 26G high-frequency radar sensor. The maximum measurement range can reach up to 10 meters. The sensor material is PTFE which is suitable in corrosive tanks containing acids or alkaline liquids. A radar signal is emitted in short pulse form from the antenna end of the radar level gauge. The pulse is reflected by the surface of the object. It is then received by the antenna as a radar echo. The advanced microprocessor and echo processing technology enhances the echo ability and also helps to avoid interference. The rotation period of the radar pulse from emission to reception is proportional to the distance, which then calculates and indicates the level of the tank. The integrated anti-corrosion outer cover effectively prevents the corrosive medium from contacting the probe. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance making it suitable for the measurement of corrosive mediums. It has excellent measurement accuracy and reliability. It has a high signal-to-noise ratio to ensure better performance even in a fluctuating environment.
