Peracetic Acid (PAA)

Peracetic Acid (PAA) is popular for its use in the disinfection of wastewater and stormwater. Utilities use it as the primary mechanism to kill bacteria and harmful organisms that spread waterborne diseases. It is also used in the food industry as a cleanser or disinfectant.

    Peracetic Acid Sensor - Overview

The peroxy::lyser is an amperometric sensor for monitoring peracetic acid. It is ideal for all kinds of water treatment and produces stable readings even at high fluctuations of pH, temperature and flow. Strong surfactants are tolerated and the peroxy::lyser is not cross-sensitive to high concentrations of hydrogen peroxide.
