  • Non-contact Radar Level Transmitters | PiloTREK WP–200

Non-contact Radar Level Transmitters - Overview

This non-contact radar level transmitter uses 80 GHz FMCW radar. The key advantages of 80 GHz technology are a smaller antenna size, improved focusing capability, and a narrower beam angle. This can be used to measure liquids, bulk solids, emulsions, and chemicals across the water, food, energy, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries, delivering millimetre-accurate results. This is also well suited for liquids with a gas blanket, vapour-prone substances, and large-particle bulk solids. This includes open-channel flow measurement and has threshold functions to suppress false and interfering echoes. The transmitter can also operate in a vacuum. The device can also be used with HART® compliant NIVELCO EView2, MultiCONT universal process controller, MonoCONT smart field display & data logger, and PACTware™ software, or configured via Bluetooth® communication using the MobileEView application.

  • Compact Tuning Fork Level Switch

    R3,705.00

Compact Tuning Fork Level Switch - Overview

This product is a liquid-level switch based on vibrating short tuning fork technology. A piezoelectric crystal is used to vibrate the tuning fork at its natural frequency. When used for low-level alarm purposes, the liquid in the container drains downward through the tuning fork, causing a change in natural frequency. This is detected by the electronic components and switches the output state. When used for high-level alarm purposes, the liquid in the container rises and makes contact with the tuning fork which changes the vibrating frequency, switching the output state. This compact design is made from stainless steel, making it a durable instrument suitable for a variety of liquid applications including viscous liquids, aerated liquids, and grout. The switches are threaded into piping or storage tanks, or installed in food industry facilities through sanitary fittings. The direct load switch is suitable for all power or PNP outputs and is used as a direct interface to the PLC. Apply only to secure areas. Operation is affected by flow, turbulence, bubbles, vibrations, solids content, coating, liquid properties, and product changes.

  • Guided Float Switch | GFPS-2282

    Guided Float Switch - Overview

The Guided Float Switch is used to control the level of liquid in tanks economically. The switch is virtually maintenance-free and is compact in design. The reed contacts have high switch capacity. The reed contact in the sensor body is switched with a magnet. The switching function (N/O contact and N/C contact) is determined by the installation position. The function can be changed by simply turning 180°. It is especially suited for the simple, mechanical monitoring of fill levels in very small tanks. The housing is made of PP or PVDF making it resistant to several chemicals. Applications include: Cooling Water, Demineralised Water, Water/Glycol Solutions and Chemicals.

    Guided Float Switch  - Features

    • Optimal chemical compatibility
    • Very compact design
    • Available in PP and PVDF versions
    • For small tanks
  • Level Float Switch | GF2285

    Level Float Switch  - Overview

The Level Float Switch is a double-chambered float made of injection moulded, tough polypropylene that ensures good waterproof protection. The contacting microswitch is incorporated in the float. The cable of the level switch is waterproof and PVC-insulated. The level switching takes place when the contact reaches the ±45° switching angle. The switching differential of the level switch is adjustable by the position of the counterweight on the cable. The level switches should be arranged appropriately in case of multi-level switching tasks to avoid undesired tangling of the cables. Suitable for level switching of various liquids, sewage in shafts, tanks, basins or cisterns. Different control tasks such as liquid level monitoring and pump control can be realised. As it is a mercury-free contact it is suitable for level switching of drinking water, raw water or polluted liquids with low solid content.

    Level Float Switch - Features

    • Mercury-free operated micro switch
    • Hermetically moulded, double chamber
    • Use for drinking and wastewater
  • Ultrasonic Level Transmitters | GF2260

    Ultrasonic Level Transmitters | GF2260

This rugged, high-performance ultrasonic level measurement transmitter, has transducer and processing electronics and a display/ programming unit incorporated in one instrument.
