  • Butterfly Valve | 567

    Butterfly Valve - Overview

The butterfly valve has all-plastic housing which combines quality and durability. Through the use of fibreglass reinforced polypropylene, the valve's weight is greatly reduced. This simplifies not only the installation of the valve but also saves on the storage cost.  The valve can be used reliably in highly corrosive applications and is excellent for use with aggressive media. The system allows the exchange of individual system components at any time - quickly and easily, without much effort.  The maximum nominal pressure is 10 bar on both sides at 20 °C. A further benefit of this is the long life span since the valve is less exposed to wear and tear. Suitable for most applications in industrial water treatment, the chemical process industry, chemical trade, galvanization and in power plants. The valve is modular in design, allowing individual system parts to be exchanged at any time.

    Butterfly Valve - Features

    • High corrosion resistance
    • Low wear and tear: up to 50 % lower operation torque than centric valves
    • Leak-tightness within and without: double, internal axis gasket on both sides

  • Titanium Spectrometer | Spectro::lyser Titanium Pro

    Titanium Spectrometer - Overview

This titanium spectrometer probe is a multi-parameter instrument that can measure multiple water quality parameters continuously. Its rugged design is suitable for use in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. As the probe comes into direct contact with the water, there is no need for complex sample pre-treatment. It is installed and operated by the easy "plug and measure" principle. The titanium spectrometer probes can be installed quickly and effortlessly, either submersed (InSitu) or in a flow-through setup (Bypass, monitoring station). It also comes with an automatic cleaning system that uses compressed air to clean the sensors. This system has proven highly efficient and reliable, even in untreated wastewater. The s::can spectrometer probes are intelligent instruments that use software-controlled procedures to identify any fouling on the measuring.

The titanium spectrometer monitors the following parameters depending on the applications selected: TSS, turbidity, NO3-N, COD, DOC, UV254, NO2-N, BOD, TOC, colour, O3, HS-, BTX, AOC, fingerprints, and spectral alarms, temperature, and pressure.

    Titanium Spectrometer - Features

    • UV-Vis spectrometry over the total range (190-720 nm)
    • Ideal for industrial wastewater, desalination, and seawater
    • Rugged design with titanium grade 2 housing
    • Factory pre-calibrated, with advanced calibration service included
    • Long-term stability
    • Very low maintenance
    • Automatic cleaning with compressed air or brush
    • s::can plug & measure
    • Mounting and measurement directly in media or in a flow cell
    • Easy mounting without clogging
    • Adaption of optical path lengths to 35 mm, 5 mm, 2 mm, or 0.5 mm possible

  • Lug Style Butterfly Valve | 578

Lug Style Butterfly Valve - Overview

The Lug style butterfly valve has all-plastic housing which combines quality and durability. Through the use of fibreglass-reinforced polypropylene, the valve's weight is greatly reduced. This simplifies not only the installation of the valve but also saves on the storage cost.  The valve can be used reliably in highly corrosive applications and is excellent for use with aggressive media. The system allows the exchange of individual system components at any time - quickly and easily, without much effort.  Since the actuation torque is strongly dependent on the internal pressure, type 578 is optimally designed in this area. The maximum nominal pressure is 10 bar on both sides at 20 °C. A further benefit of this is the long life span since the valve is less exposed to wear and tear.

Lug Style Butterfly Valve - Features

    • Corrosion resistant
    • Stable and Reliable
    • Easy maintenance
    • Long life span
    • Minimal operation torque
    • Can be fitted with an actuator (optional)
    • Lever positioning clearly marked
    • Can be used with electric position indicators (optional)
    • Use as lugged valve with threaded bushes integrated into the housing
    • Lower weight than metallic butterfly valves
    • Low wear and tear: up to 50 % lower operating torque than centric valves
    • Leak-tightness within and without: double, internal axis gasket on both sides
    • Lockable hand lever

  • Water Applications Butterfly Valve | 565

Water Applications Butterfly Valve - Overview

The new Butterfly Valve 565 is the best choice for optimising piping systems built for water and a wide range of other applications. It comes at a significantly lower initial cost, due to its lower weight in terms of storage and transportation. Installation is quick and easy. It is extremely durable, ensuring minimal maintenance and a long life span. The valve comes in the same installation length as metal solutions so exchanging your metal valves for plastic ones will not require any additional work on the pipes or new designs. Thanks to its low weight, a single person can lift and install a valve in just a few minutes. It's low weight therefore significantly reduces the need for costly transportation and personnel.  High-performance thermoplastics protect it from abrasion and corrosion, even under harsh conditions such as water hammers. The results are a reduction of both maintenance costs and production stops. In cooling applications, the plastic solution has a clear advantage in that its condensation is much lower. With its standard interface, the valve can be upgraded with various modules, such as the smart actuator. This allows for automation and digitisation of your systems, making them even more cost-effective and efficient.
